A newly discovered glitch inside "The Witcher 3" is providing players with an easier way to eliminate and farm enemies inside the game.

The glitch in question enables players to freeze the opponents they encounter by using the Yrden Sign.

It's not as simple as it sounds, however, as in order for the glitch to be functional, players will have to possess certain items inside the game, according to Geek Snack.

In order to use the glitch, players will need to have nine Greater Glyphs of Yrden as well as Sign Intensity that exceeds 290 percent. Those are the basic requirements for the glitch to become functional. After that, players will need to have on hand either the Mastercrafted Griffin gear, if they are simply going through the normal portion of the game, or the Superior Legendary Griffin gear, if they are now in New Game Plus.

If players already have these items on hand, they can then proceed to use them in order to activate the glitch.

The next step now involves the players finding a monster and then they must defeat it. It is at this point that the glitch will become useful. What players can do is to use the Yrden Sign on the exact spot where the monster will be reappearing again, according to Gamepur. After this is done, players will find that the new monster that has appeared will be frozen, immobilized and ripe for slaying.

By using this glitch over and over again, players can easily gain experience and get stronger as they make their way through the game.

In related news, fans that may have been worried about CD Projekt Red, "The Witcher 3's" developer, being sold to Electronic Arts, Inc. (EA) apparently have nothing to fear, as the company has already denied this rumor, according to iDigital Times.

The rumors of EA buying the company reportedly started after a supposed employee for the company began leaking news about a possible sale. This eventually led to CD Projekt Red officially denying the claim.
