More information was given in an interview between the developer, Projekt RED's Jakub Kutrzuba and Xbox. Kutrzuba said that "with the additional power of the Xbox One X, we are able to deliver The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in 4K, while providing numerous visual tweaks such as higher-quality shadows, ambient occlusion & texture filtering, as well as higher resolution textures, and an all-around performance boost."

Their main focus for the Xbox One X's "The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt" is the game's graphics. They want to make it as visually stunning as possible and hope that the improvements will help enrich the world and the characters in "The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt's" universe.

Pojeckt Red also hopes that the latest enhancement will be a treat not only for new fans who want to explore the world of "The Witcher" in high definition but to the old fans who wish to relieve Geralt of Rivia's fascinating stories as well.

Aside from the amazing leap in visual quality, the latest version of "The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt" for the Xbox One X, doesn't have much else in store for all fans of the franchise. It's a way to revisit the game in the highest possible quality in this day and age, but those looking for new stories on additional content might not find it a worthwhile investment.
