New screenshots of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" remind the gaming community why the upcoming action role-playing title is among the most anticipated games of the year. The images are breathtaking and full of detail.

From the looks of it, the folks at game studio CD Projekt RED are tirelessly working on the new adventures of character Geralt of Rivia. The images all look stunning, with one showing the game map and another giving gamers a closer look at the hunter. In one of the screenshots, the warrior keeps his Wolf Medallion intact. Thanks to Guru3D's member doktor1 leaking the images, fans are able to glorify the splendor of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt." The quality of the images proves how great of a feat CD Projekt RED is bringing out soon.

The best part is that none of the images are in ultra settings yet. The developer will leave it to the players to get a load of that crazy-high quality for themselves. Nothing beats entering the thresholds of Geralt's bigger and more beautiful world than with immaculate visuals.

For now, fans know that Geralt of Rivia will be taking them to a new venture filled with monster hunting and hacking. Young sorceress Triss will give the romance fix for the protagonist Yennefer of Vengerberg, and will also be by his side for his much-needed tutelage. "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" will never forget the legendary warlock Vesemir, the oldest-living warrior whose knowledge has stood the test of time.

The game's constant display of beauty easily wipes out the frustration of its delayed arrival. Besides, no gamer would want to play a bug-laden game. At the same time, no developer would want to sacrifice quality just to meet the deadline.

"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" will be ready to amaze on May 19. The title will be playable to the Xbox One, PS4 and the PC.
