Wedding bells seem to be in the air in Genoa City. "The Young and the Restless" spoilers indicate that there is not only one but two potential wedding announcements that will be made.

However, no wedding planning is occurring. The buzz going around reveals that the two couples who spent Thanksgiving together in New Orleans – Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), and Billy (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) may have gotten married. Although there has been no official word on this supposed marriage, what may have happened while the four of them were in New Orleans was that Phyllis, Chelsea, Billy, and Nick got themselves wasted; and in a drunken decision, decided that they should get married.

Plus, these couples will supposedly do the wedding "walk of shame" once they alight the Abbott jet, unaware that their big secret will have everyone shocked when it comes out in town. Billy will definitely be concerned about what Jack (Peter Bergman) has to say about this. Jack definitely will not be happy when he finds out his brother is now married to his ex-wife. There is also the fact that the Abbotts are currently dealing with serious concerns, like Dina (Marla Adams) and her Alzheimer's. It will definitely not be the time to say that Billy and Phyllis have tied the knot.

Of course, in the soap opera world, secrets are bound to come out if they really did get married. Then again, there are other possible things that the four of them could have done and more hints could come out along the way.

To back this up, there might be a Nick and Sharon (Sharon Case) reunion down the line, according to what Case suggested in a recent interview. The actress explained how her character and Nick are soul mates. So, that obviously does not fit with Chelsea and Nick drunkenly getting hitched while in New Orleans.

"The Young and the Restless" airs Mondays to Fridays at 1:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
