While fans of "This Is Us" are still reeling from the aftermath of Jack Pearson's (Milo Ventimiglia) death, the fan-favorite character will still be around on the upcoming episode after a mid-season hiatus. "Vegas, Baby" is aptly titled as Kate and Toby (Chrissy Metz and Chris Sullivan) will be heading to the Sin City for Kate's bachelorette party.

Addressing his fans that might have worried that Ventimiglia might be leaving the show for good, the actor told Vulture, "That was a big worry among a lot of people, that I was going to be leaving the show. I'm like, 'No, no, no. I've been dead since the beginning, nothing's changed, I'm personally still around on the show, Jack is still around, not going anywhere."

The trailer for the 16th episode of season 2 also teases the anniversary of Jack and Rebecca (Mandy Moore) and, as "This Is Us" episodes go, plenty of flashbacks are to be expected. Viewers will be transported back to the time before the kids were born. They will also get a glimpse of the time before Jack and Rebecca met, and events around the time Jack was still a young soldier in Vietnam.

This is crucial for fans of the show who know too well that Vietnam has always been a touchy subject, and a chapter that Jack seems to have trouble bringing himself to talk about. With the trip back to Vietnam, memories of his best friend and his brother Nicky are likely to be brought up.

The bachelorette party might just provide the show a chance to have a breather from the heavy weight that it left on its viewers due to Jack's death. As seen in the trailer, there will be drinks, gambling, and plenty of fun to go around as far as Kate and Toby are concerned.
