Although it was previously revealed that expansion updates for "Titanfall 2" will start next month, its DLC will come out as early as Nov. 30 for some players.

According to the announcement on the game's official website, the first DLC for "Titanfall 2" will come out on Nov. 30 for players who have purchased the game as a pre-order. Meanwhile, the regular gamers will get the DLC content and its bonuses starting Dec. 3.

The post also listed the content and bonuses included in the first expansion for the game. Aside from the remastered map for fan-favorite Angel City, the first DLC for "Titanfall 2" will also add new items to the arsenal, such as the Wingman Elite Pistol and different Titan Kits for players. In addition, the new DLC will also include game tweaks and improvements like the addition of an FAQ menu and stats screen. The DLC will also add microtransactions for the game since it will open a new in-game store for "Titanfall 2" players.

However, even if the DLC adds the microtransaction feature, developer Respawn Entertainment highlights that the expansion content and all items for "Titanfall 2" will still be free for players. The post reiterated, "First let's look at the big picture and make a crucial point about our DLC vision crystal clear: All maps, modes, weapons — anything that has effect on gameplay — will be free for all players that bought 'Titanfall 2.' We believe that in order to maintain a healthy community we shouldn't be segmenting players behind paywalls for these things."

However, the team also said that microtransactions will be for players who want to upgrade the design for their characters. "We will be opening a store in game with the launch of DLC #1 that will allow you to purchase new skins, camo and Prime Titans if you want for a modest price. We will have no in-game currency exchange. No locked loot boxes, crafting shards or pay-to-win weaponry. No RNG. If you see something you like, you buy it and that's it," the developer posted.
