TobyMac appeared as a guest on Beyond A.D., the companion show to A.D. The Bible Continues.

Christian hip hop artist TobyMac and Pastor Louie Giglio of Passion City Church have both appeared on May 17 as special guests on NBC's Beyond A.D., which is the companion show to A.D. The Bible Continues.

"TV Alert! TobyMac will appear on NBC's Beyond A.D. on Sunday May 17 at 9am PST/EST, along with Louie Giglio," TobyMac announced on his Facebook page.

Beyond A.D. is hosted by E! News co-host Jason Kennedy and boasts a live audience at the Real Life Church in Southern California. Through the talk show, fans can delve deeper into the recent episode of A.D. The Bible Continues and discuss its content with special guests - be it the cast members, producers, Christian artists, or ministry partners.

The show debuted on April 12 with executive producers Mark Burnett and Roma Downey, Kurt Wagner, as well as five-time Grammy award winner Israel Houghton. Other episodes featured musical guests such as All Sons & Daughters, Paul Baloche, Christine D'Clario, Lincoln Brewster, The City Harmonic, and NewSong.

They and other big names in the industry like Darlene Zschech, Newsboys, Natalie Grant, Kari Jobe and Rend Collective, have teamed up with Integrity Music to record songs as a companion to A.D. The Bible Continues.

C. Ryan Dunham, President of Intergrity Music said that each of the songs found on "Worship Anthems Inspired By A.D. The Bible Continues" was chosen to complement the themes of the twelve episodes of the series.

"After watching The Bible and seeing the impact that this telling of the Biblical story had, I was anxious to see what Mark and Roma's next project would look like, so I was pleased to learn that they were working on another series, this time telling the story of the early church," said Dunham.

"Our hope is that Worship Anthems deepens the viewing experience of A.D. The Bible Continues and gives people a 'take away' musical resource that keeps the wonder alive while pointing listeners to Jesus."
