'Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege' DLC updates: Leak reveals info on first two sets of operators

Developer Ubisoft will release a total of four DLC packs for its latest video game outing "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege." The time has yet to come for gamers to know what these expansion packs are all about, but this changes after a leak unveiled the first two of the bunch.

An image from a video posted by Ubisoft Mexico (which has since been deleted) seems to have teased the first one – a Canada-based DLC, which is named Operation Black Ice and the second add-on based on United States. There were two sets of operators – each DLC pack includes one female and one male.

The male Canada-based operator coming to "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" has an underslung shotgun for a weapon. He had a Quebec flag on his uniform as well. The female operator looked more native, as per Game Rant, and is believed to be an expert in using bear traps among others.

The pair United States operators, on the other hand, looks nothing like any operator in the game, at least in the case of the female one, who wore a sleeveless uniform and some sort of veil that made it seem like she was based in the Middle East.

Her male counterpart was most notable for his intimidating beard. He also looked like he carried the same weapon the male Canadian operator wielded.

Before it hid away the video, Ubisoft Mexico also showed off a new snowy map (with a yacht) believed to be the one that will come with the Canada-themed "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" DLC, which was supposed to be released last Jan. 12.

The abovementioned DLC will now be released on Feb. 2. Gamers with the season pass are getting access the expansion pack exclusively for a week. The United States operators DLC won't be out until April.

"Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" was released for the PS4, Xbox One and PC last Dec. 1, 2015.
