The Underground downloadable content (DLC) for "Tom Clancy's The Division" was just released early this month but the next DLC is already expected to come out next month.

As per the latest reports, the Survival DLC will be released during the third quarter of the year. That being said, the latest possible launch for the expansion pack is September.

Gameplay for "The Division" Survivor DLC was revealed during the Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 2016 last June, which came as a surprise to many.

Julian Gerighty, Ubisoft associate creative director, teased that the DLC will be a "completely new way to play the game." Survival, as its name suggests, sees players scavenging for food and surviving harsh weather.

The description for the "The Division" Survivor DLC reads:

Strategic Homeland Division (SHD) agents have run out of supplies in the middle of a harsh Manhattan winter and will have to survive as long as possible in a very hostile environment.

Gamers hope they will see the new content soon since, as per reports, many of them do not appear to be satisfied with the previous DLC, which experienced issues on the PlayStation 4.

God is a Geek says that while the DLC initially looked "very cool," the experience got bad with server issues and the intensely challenging missions. The site also said that the "The Division" DLC offered nothing fresh save for the gear sets.

#mce_temp_url#"The Division" is also getting a state of the game anytime now, as revealed by Ubisoft community manager Hamish Bode revealed on Twitter.

He revealed that the state of the game will arrive "in the coming weeks." He also teased the "catch-up" state of the game, which was released last Thursday, Aug. 18.

As for "The Division" Survival DLC, a September release is expected. Ubisoft should provide more details as the day nears.
