Additional Storage – Past Nexus smartphones were available in 16GB and 32GB variant. Google may take things differently this time and may offer 64GB model or add a microSD slot for external storage.

Android 4.5 Lollipop – One of the advantages of buying a Nexus smartphone is having the perks of being the first smartphone to enjoy the new Android OS and its updates. Google Nexus 6 will run with the upcoming 4.5 version of Android OS.
