The supposed last arc for gourmet food hunting manga "Toriko" continues, with the fight between Midora and Neo Acacia showcasing each other's strengths.

In the past chapter, it is revealed that Midora has had no difficulty adjusting to Joa's Food Luck skill, as the Bishokukai boss managed to get out of the trap that Joa put into place using a Golden Can. Meanwhile, Midora and Neo Acacia have now seen each other, and have tasted each other's preliminary attacks. The showdown continues in the new chapter, though the main focus of chapter 385 is Midora's win over Joa.

While fighting the chef, Midora explained his full course, which are not the expected food meals. Instead, Midora explained that rather than the food itself, what he felt when he was with Froese and the rest of his "family" before the eclipse – the best days of his life – are what he considered to be his full course.

Meanwhile, as Midora explains his full course, Joa tried again and again to try and finish the Bishokukai boss, but Midora has proven to be a tough opponent, and even Joa's appetite demon did not do much against a full-powered Midora. In one instance, Joa used Froese's likeness to trick Midora, while Neo Acacia tried a surprise attack. However, the timely intervention of Toriko prevented it. In the end, Midora emerged as the clear winner.

With Joa supposedly out of the way, it seems that the stage is set for Midora to continue his fight with Neo Acacia. However, it remains to be seen if this will be a one-on-one fight, since Toriko has already recovered, while the Blue Nitro Pair has offered a truce and will fight alongside them.

Meanwhile, the fight is expected to continue with next week's chapter 386, which may also focus on the foreshadowed lineage of Starjun and Toriko.
