"Total War: Warhammer" continues to grow with additional content, and the latest content update, a paid DLC called "The King and the Warlord," will launch on Steam on Oct. 20.

The DLC will add two new Legendary Lords, one from the Dwarf faction and the other, from the "Greenskins" faction. Both will have their own quest lines, skill trees, magic items, and new building chains. Along with the two Legendary Lords come six new units such as the Night Goblin Squig Hoppers, Nasty Skulkers, Bolt Throwers, and the Runelord.

There will also be 22 new Regiments of Renown. These are described as iconic and elite units that are taken directly from the annals of the Old World. They can be compared to ancient heroes who have been brought back just for the battle between the Dwarf faction and the "Greenskins" in the DLC.

Belegor Ironhammer is the new Legendary Hero of the Dwarf faction, and Belegor is known as the True King of the Eight Peaks. The "Greenskins" will have Skarsnik, who is known as the Warlord of the Eight Peaks. The two leaders will be competing for dominance over the same territory.

GameEspresso also reports that the DLC also gives a new Lord of the "Greenskins" for free. The free legendary character is named Wurrzag, and the character is identified as a wizard that not, only casts offensive spells, but can buff allies as well. Another free addition is a few new units for the Chaos Warriors such as Aspiring Champions.

It is noted that the DLC can already be pre-ordered on Steam. This is a paid DLC, unlike the numerous DLCs that the game has been receiving in the previous months, which are free. It is uncertain if this is the final paid DLC for "Total War: Warhammer," but developer Creative Assembly may still launch new content for November and December.

"The King and the Warlord" DLC is scheduled to launch on Oct. 20.
