Computer Roleplaying Game (CRPG) "Tower of Time" will be leaving early access in April of 2018. The game's release is still a few months away, but a pre-release trailer was recently released.

The pre-release trailer was uploaded to Tower of Time's YouTube channel on Jan. 17. Around a minute and 30 seconds long, the "Tower of Time" trailer gave players a glimpse of the game's various level-designs, character designs, and combat mechanics. It also featured several of the game's in-game mechanics such as item equipping, spell casting, and combat.

Unlike a handful of RPG's, "Tower of Time" takes a fast-paced approach to combat. Players take control of their entire party and must perform attacks and evade enemies in real time. There will no pausing to pick out spells or moves, and players must react swiftly if they want their adventurers to survive.

The early access version of the game is currently available for purchase on Steam. Aside from that, a synopsis and more information is also available for those curious about the game.

"Get ready for a new kind of RPG. Assemble your party and enter the mysterious Tower of Time. With its revolutionary Arrow-Time combat system, upgradeable character skills, mighty weapons and fearsome enemies, Tower of Time is an epic RPG that delivers strategic gameplay like no other."

Despite still being in early access, the game has received very positive responses – with many of the players commending the game's storytelling, combat, and magic.

According to the Steam page, the current early access version of "Tower of Time" has up to 30 or so hours' worth of gameplay. Aside from that, it includes a well-written narrative and dialog, and challenging puzzles to keep players on their toes. It is a RPG composed of many different mechanics, ensuring it does not turn into a combat-focused hack-and-slash.

There are seven classes to choose from, more than a 100 enemies to face, five difficulty levels, and much more. "Tower of Time" is still in early access, and will continue to be in early access until April, but it already has a lot to offer and will have even more hours' worth of gameplay to offer after it releases its third chapter.
