It seems that people just can't get over "Transformers: Age of Extinction" as rumors about "Transformers 5" seem to continue making the rounds.

Ever since Paramount Pictures confirmed that a "Transformers 5" will happen, fans have been waiting eagerly for official news on everything about the movie.

So far, here are some of the latest reports surrounding "Transformers 5."

The news about Michael Bay returning to the director's seat has been an inconsistent one; there were reports that stated he wouldn't be coming back and there were also those speculating that he would take over.

But recent reports have confirmed that Bay will indeed be back in the director's seat for the new robot film.

Mark Wahlberg, who appeared in "Age of Extinction," will also be coming back to reprise his role; the actor himself is enthusiastic and eager to be back on the project.

There were also rumors that Megan Fox and Shia LaBeouf will make a comeback for the new movie, but both have slammed down the rumors themselves.

Although LaBeouf expressed his desire of doing another movie with the acclaimed director, he doesn't plan on returning for another "Transformers" movie.

Fox, on the other hand, had already fixed things with the director and even appeared in one of his movies — Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles — but she said she doesn't have the time to do a "Transformers" movie.

Meanwhile, it was reported by Gospel Herald that the next "Transformers" franchise installment will showcase new robots, and these include Scourge, Cyclonus, Red Alert, Blitzwing, and Override.

The second-in-command Ultra Magnus will reportedly work with Optimus Prime to fight off the Decepticons in the next movie.

It was seen toward the end of "Age of Extinction" that Prime left Earth and went back to space to confront the Quintessons. The Gospel Herald report stated that as Prime fights with the Quintessons, he will let Ultra Magnus take charge in protecting humans from Decepticons, who are eager to wipe out the human race.
