Conor McGregor is hardly one to complain but sometimes he does make sensible remarks such as this one leading to UFC 194.

McGregor is set to take on Jose Aldo this Dec. 12 for UFC 194 but the Notorious feels that the UFC may have set their tiff a bit too soon.

Aldo seems to be the focus here, McGregor citing the Brazilian's recent return from a rib injury that could pose questions on whether he is ready or not to finally get it on once again in the Octagon.

Rumors hinting on a possible Aldo no-show have been cropping up but Dana White did guarantee everyone that the Brazilian champion will be at UFC 194 to make their much awaited match happen.

Both McGregor and Aldo were originally scheduled to get it on last July at UFC 189 but this was the time that Aldo was forced to beg off due to a rib injury he sustained during training.

McGregor, who later on revealed that he had a knee injury too at the time, went on and fought last-minute replacement Chad Mendes instead. McGregor won that match but didn't hide the fact that he had wanted Aldo to be on the other end.

And now, he reasons out that after fighting just this July, he could have easily opted out of the December tiff if he wanted to. But in his interview with Severe MMA, he gave the assurance that he would not and that he would definitely be there. He does, however, not share the same confidence in Aldo being around.

Aldo has been conspicuously quiet as of late, although the champ could be focusing on his training to make sure that he is prepped and ready to shut down McGregor. The two have an animated past and that main event featuring these two protagonists promises to be one action-filled matchup.
