'Vikings' season 4 episode 11 release date, spoilers: Lagertha and Aslaug at odds as Floki and Bjorn get closer

Katheryn Winnick as Lagertha on Vikings History HD

The midseason finale for "Vikings" season 4 left Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) severely wounded but still alive and Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) a hated man. According to a report from Entertainment Weekly, Lagertha's troubles are far from over and Ragnar's son Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) will be bonding with Floki (Gustaf Skarsgard) in the Mediterranean.

According to the report, Lagertha will have recovered in the time that has passed between episode 10 and episode 11 but her tension with Queen Aslaug (Alyssa Sutherland) will only get worse. It has been teased in the trailer that the two will go up against each other and actress Kathryn Winnick confirmed this in the report.

"It's going to be a cat fight. The two power women go head to head," Winnick stated. "It's a really interesting scene because you don't expect what happens."

Game N Guide reports that the seer had prophesized one of the two women will lead Kattegat as its true queen although it is uncertain whether the prophecy was pertaining to Aslaug, who is the current queen, or Lagertha, the former wife of Ragnar and leader of her own group.

While Lagertha gathers her shieldmaidens to war against Queen Aslaug, Ragnar's son Bjorn will be heading to the Mediterranean with Floki and according to the report the two will be spending a lot of time together, allowing them to bond and get closer than ever before.

It is uncertain at this point how long Bjorn and Floki will be at the Mediterranean although it is expected that Bjorn will be coming back to Kattegat soon. It has been previously reported that Bjorn's brother Ivar the Boneless (Alex Hogh Andersen) will likey lead a war against King Aelle (Ivan Kaye) after the latter kills Ragnar and this will bring Bjorn home.

"Vikings" season 4 episode 11 is expected to premiere this September.
