However, last year things did not work out well for the Wizards as the Indiana Pacers stormed back to take the series.

Bradley Beal has said, "Last year we were just happy to be in the playoffs, just happy we moved on. We didn't have many goals after the first round. This year, we expect more from ourselves. We're really focused on what we need to continue to do to move forward."

Meanwhile, DeMarre Carroll has said ahead of the game: "Maybe we have to turn the heat up a little bit more, get a little more physical, get more aggressive on John Wall and Bradley Beal. I think we kind of sat back and let them dictate their offense."
