In the next episode of "Will & Grace," the hilarious gang of Karen Walker (Megan Mullally), Jack McFarland (Sean Hayes), Will Truman (Eric McCormack), and Grace Adler (Debra Messing) go back in time to see what it would be like during Christmas in old New York City.

The trailer and promotional photos for the upcoming installment titled "A Gay Olde Christmas" was released just recently and showed the four quirky friends in an old building and walking through the hallway. They then stumble upon one of the rooms and open the mysterious door. They then are hurled back through time where they relive Christmas in the 1900s. Walker appears to be a poor woman who takes care of orphaned children. McFarland seems to be a struggling sailor who is Walker's good friend. Truman and Adler appear to be wealthy aristocrats dressed in elegant costumes.

The lavishly-dressed Adler visits Walker in her old house but is taunted by the old lady in an Irish accent. "What are you wearing? 1888 called, they would like their drapes back," Walker says to her mockingly. Later, McFarland shares to Walker how hard it is to live at sea. "When you spend your life at sea without women, you learn to drop your line over the other side of the railing," McFarland says frustratingly. It remains to be seen how the humorous narrative will end in the 1900s.

In the last episode, Walker's former maid Rosario Salazar (Shelley Morrison) passed away which brought her much heartache. The rich lady grew distant towards her friends who still came to her aid and time of grief. Walker eventually got back on her feet and wished her loyal maid and confidante farewell.

"Will & Grace" season 9 episode 7 will return on Thursday, Dec. 5 at 10 p.m. EST on NBC.
