"Duck Dynasty" castmember Willie Robertson said that the family is 'so excited' for his daughter, Sadie's upcoming appearance on the "Dancing with the Stars' reality competition.

Sadie, 17, is partnered with professional dancer Mark Ballas, 28, and will compete on season 19 of the hit show.

Before becoming a contestant, however, the teen had to speak to her parents.

"She came and asked me could she do it, and I said 'Yes,' and she started dancing right there... dancing all around the house," Robertson told "FOX & Friends" on Friday.

"As a parent, you're nervous... but I love her partner, love her dance partner. He's down in West Monroe [Louisiana] and we're going to try to get him some frog legs, some squirrel for his energy."

The other "Dancing with the Stars" season 19 contestants are "Pretty Little Liars" star Janel Parrish, Olympic athlete Lolo Jones, actor Antonio Sabato Jr., iconic designer Betsey Johnson, YouTube star Bethany Mota, former UFC champion Randy Couture, Alfonso Ribeiro, best known as Carlton from the 90s sitcom "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air," actress Lea Thompson, "Mean Girls" actor Jonathan Bennett, NASCAR champion Michael Waltrip, comedian and actor Tommy Chong, and author and media personality Tavis Smiley.

Sadie is a budding fashion designer and YouTube personality, and maintains that she will not compromise her faith as her popularity grows.

"I think people use fame as an excuse to lose their faith," she told FOX411 in March. "Faith is obviously my number one priority and I think you need to put God at the top of everything you do.

"When we began 'Duck Dynasty,' we weren't starting it for fame," she continued. "We started it to get the message of God out there."

The new season of "Dancing with the Stars" begins Sept. 15 on ABC.
