"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt," the latest project of developer CD Projekt Red, is so vast not just in terms of design and area, but also in terms of gameplay. Aside from the open-world exploration that gamers would find exhilarating, there are also more than a hundred main and secondary quests that Geralt can accomplish in the course of his latest story. 

Since there is quite a number of missions, some requisites while others are optional, most hardcore players of the third installment in "The Witcher" series have their own favorites.

The King of the Wolves 

Part of Ciri's Story quest, this is one mission that places Geralt into the background and instead shifts focus to a swordswoman. Players control Ciri, and for those who are already familiar with how Geralt fights in combat, they will be in for a big shock. Ciri does not carry any bombs, potions, or food; she also doesn't have any items to equip herself with. What Ciri lacks in power or strategies, she makes up in speed. 

Princess in Distress 

This is the first time that Geralt and The Peller meet, since Geralt would need some divination in order to progress in the Family Matters quest. However, The Peller is suspicious of the character, and assigns Geralt a short side quest that would make Geralt rescue Princess — The Peller's goat.

Master Armorers 

Those who are fond of item collecting will find this quest enjoyable, since the whole mission will have Geralt collect rare tools and in the last challenge, craft Superior Witcher equipment. This quest is also a good way for lower-level players to accumulate items and experience, since most of the monsters are of the low- to mid-level variety. However, players must watch out for a high-level griffin toward the end of the quest.
