With 2 hit singles, Carry Underwood's new album 'Storyteller' all set to reap success

Carrie Underwood has another hit single in ‘Heartbeat’ which has climbed to No. 2 on the Billboard Twitter Trending 140 chart since it was released last week. (Carrie Underwood Official)

If the successes of both her "Smoke Break" and "Heartbeat" singles are any indication, then Carrie Underwood should expect her latest album "Storyteller" to become a huge success as well.

The two songs could not be more different, according to E! Online. Whereas "Smoke Break" features a "rocking beat and sassy tone," "Heartbeat" is a romantic ballad about lovers driving away and dancing with one another to "the rhythm of your heartbeat."

"Heartbeat" was released just last Friday. It is written by Underwood, Zach Crowell and Ashley Gorley. Its lyrics are actually indicative of Underwood's happy marriage to her National Hockey League (NHL) player husband Mike Fisher. Underwood's melodious voice can be heard singing, "Baby, we won't need a song. We'll make a falling star wish" and "One more slow kiss. What are we waiting on?"

Since its release, "Heartbeat" has climbed its way up to No. 2 on the Billboard + Twitter Trending 140 chart.

Underwood has really been busy this year. Aside from working on her new album, she also welcomed her first baby Isaiah Michael Fisher into the world. She also juggled hosting gigs left and right and tried to incorporate as much exercise as she can into her busy schedule.

Underwood's commitments can easily overwhelm anybody, but Underwood realises that she can do it all if she has help from the right people.

"After, like, killing myself trying to do everything and doing it all myself, it took me a while to say, 'Okay. I need to ask people around me,'" she admitted. "It would be just those days, and everybody has them, that everything just seems like, I have these 20 things to do on my list, my baby is crying, and I don't know why he's crying. There'd be these times that I would just cry with him."
