The highly-anticipated first-person shooter "Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus" will finally be released next week, and Bethesda has released a launch trailer for the game showing a lot of head shots. It also included a teaser showing a sick Adolf Hitler that is set to appear in the game.

The game released the trailer on social media Tuesday, along with a call asking fans to join protagonist B.J. Blazkowicz and the Resistance in fighting against Nazis.

Similarly, the trailer begins with the Resistance sending out a call to Americans to fight the Nazi regime. Then follows a fast-paced sequence of shots showing enemies getting hit from the point of view of the protagonist. The game will not limit the player's smashing of Nazis soldiers and officers to guns. As seen in the trailer, knives, grenades, flamethrowers, and clenched fists are very acceptable weapons as well.

Last week, director Jens Matthies revealed that there is a approximately 3,000 Nazi deaths in the game, and the new trailer showed a glimpse of these deaths in a rather violent sequence.

The trailer also answered one of the most popular questions that Wolfenstein fans have been wondering about: will Hitler be in the game? In this alternate universe setting, the historical Nazi leader survives and wins the Second World War. He then goes on to conquer the U.S. and convert it to a Nazi state.

Near the end of the trailer, a coughing, sick-sounding man enters the room, as his followers stand up and shout the iconic praise, "Hail Hitler!"

With the literally thousands of Nazis that "Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus" players will engage and try to kill, it will be interesting to know if the Fuhrer himself will be one of those 3,000 Nazis or if he will yet survive to appear in a future Wolfenstein title.

"Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus" will be released on PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on Oct. 27.
