The upcoming patch to update 'World of Warcraft' introduces players to build their own ships.

According to the patch notes for the 6.2.0 update for the "World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor", there will be different tweaks and changes to the gameplay once the update rolls out.

Perhaps the biggest change that the patch 6.2.0 will bring is the option for players to build shipyards. The prerequisite to building shipyards is a level 3 garrison, and once built, players will now have the ability to build ships to go into naval missions, which are already in the works.

The shipyard that will go out in the patch update is also a prerequisite for players visiting the new unexplored area, the Tanaan Jungle. This new area is where players can find new quests for shipyard resources through open-world exploration, rare creature missions, and hidden treasure hunting. Access to the zone can be unlocked by first building a shipyard and then reporting to the Garrison and starting the War Council quest.

In addition to the new area and gameplay feature, the new update will also introduce a new Raid, the Hellfire Citadel. With 13 bosses to fight and lots of hidden items to loot, the Hellfire Citadel can be located in the center of the Tanaan jungle.

Also, there will be a new Dungeon difficulty. Draenor Dungeons will gain a new Mythic difficulty level that can be accessed weekly. According to the patch notes, the new level is "geared towards players that enjoy tackling difficult content in smaller groups and is designed to provide an alternate progression path."

No details yet on when the new patch update will roll out, but hardcore fans and players of the game can check out the other additions and changes by checking out the Public Test Realms to try the still-in-development patch.
