Game 7 of the 2014 World Series takes place on Wednesday night, in what will be a winner takes all match up between the San Francisco Giants and the Kansas City Royals.

The Royals fought their way back into the series on Tuesday night, destroying the Giants 10-0 in Game 6, and that has earned them the right to take the season all the way to one final game in front of their home fans at Kauffman Stadium in Missouri.

Today's game will start at 8 p.m. EST and will be broadcast on the Fox network, but will also be available online through live stream - free for subscribers - via the link provided below.

Seven runs in the second inning in Game 6 ensured the Royals would see the series through to the final possible game of the season's baseball calendar. Kansas City did not bludgeon the Giants into oblivion, rather they knocked them down hit by hit, with a ground ball here and there, with a soft fly added in, and again and again they picked off the Giants until they leaked runs - which they did consistently throughout game 6.

"They just hit the ball where we couldn't get to it," Giants manager Bruce Bochy said after the game.

Giants starter Jake Peavy could only stay on the field for 1 1/3 innings and allowed five runs. The Royals dominance was overwhelming; each Kansas City Starter had at least one hit, and six of them hit at least one run.

Their dominance didn't stop there, and with the ball rookie Yordano Ventura allowed just three hits in seven scoreless innings, and that will also ensure the Royals' bullpen will be rested for Game 7.

The Royals will look to complete their comeback on Wednesday night with a Game 7 win, replicating their success in 1985 when they won their final two games in Kansas City to turn a 2-3 deficit into a 4-3 win over the St Louis Cardinals.
