Wrestlemania 32 rumors: Who deserves a match with the 'The Undertaker'?

The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is plagued with plenty of problems right now, a lot of which was made worse with the untimely shoulder injury of John Cena.

Such has already caused problems for the upcoming WWE Royal Rumble but the worst is far from over. The issue will likely go as far as Wrestlemania 32, wherein Cena was earlier rumored to be the Dead Man's opponent.

With that said, it becomes anyone's guess on who the WWE could possibly pit against The Undertaker this April when the WWE holds its annual Wrestlemania event at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas.

Looking at the active stars right now, the options are limited. Aside from Cena, other stars in sick bay are Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, Cesaro, and Daniel Bryan. Those names would have been big with left big names having already faced off against the Dead Man in previous Wrestlemanias.

So who could the WWE tap?

Kevin Owens could be a worthy foe, although the power angle seems unbalanced. Owens does more talk than actions and his in-ring moves are unlikely to be effective against The Undertaker.

Dean Ambrose could be someone new. With Ambrose being a fan favorite, a match between him and The Undertaker could be an instant hit. But if Ambrose still has that intercontinental title around his waist, he could be pitted against someone else. He could put that up against the Dead Man, although such brings more issues than resolutions.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson could be a possibility as well, although it remains to be seen if the actor/wrestler would be allowed to compete. There is also the issue of his preparation and film schedule to consider.

If there are no worthy opponents, the WWE could resort to sequels. Brock Lesnar, Bray Wyatt, or even Kane could be booked instead but this may likely be the case if the WWE feels that it will sell more than throwing in a new face into the fray.
