The Undertaker avenged his WrestleMania 30 loss against Brock Lesnar last Sunday at SummerSlam, but it appears that the physicality of the match took its toll on the future Hall of Famer.

In a report by Bleacher Report, a couple of fans posted a short clip on social media showing the Undertaker walking gingerly on the ramp as he exits the arena following the match that lasted for more than 18 minutes.

The Undertaker then stopped, leaned on the LED screen using his right hand and walked a few more steps before collapsing near the exit.

The last time the Undertaker faced Lesnar before SummerSlam was at WrestleMania 30 on April 6, 2014. In the said event, his undefeated streak was snapped, with him suffering a concussion and sent to a hospital right after the match.

Following that, a video of the 50-year-old wrestler limping while making his way to a bus that would take him to a RAW taping surfaced on the internet.

Despite the injuries, the Undertaker returned nearly a year after and faced Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania 31, which was held last March.

The Undertaker defeated Wyatt and returned at the Battleground pay-per-view (PPV) last July delivering a chokeslam and a tombstone piledriver to Lesnar, which caused him the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in his rematch against Seth Rollins.

Their feud escalated in the weeks to come which included a massive brawl leading to the build up for their match at SummerSlam.

In the much anticipated rematch at SummerSlam, the Undertaker defeated Lesnar in a controversial way, which sets up a likely rubber match between the two.

Lesnar had the Undertaker in the kimura lock and the "Deadman" was tapping out; the referee did not see it, although the timekeeper rang the bell.

The referee then addressed the timekeeper and as he was clearing out what happened, the Undertaker attacked Lesnar with a low blow and got him in the Hell's Gate lock until Lesnar passed out and the referee handed him the win.

Hollywoodlife.com reported that Lesnar has already challenged the Undertaker to another match following the defeat.
