One behemoth who has been missing from the WWE scene is the Punjabi Playboy best known as the Great Kahli. Apparently Khali's contract was not renewed by the WWE and the former WWE wrestler is said to be now busy putting up a wrestling school in India.

But just a couple of days ago, rumors about his return to the WWE came out. Reports claim that the Great Khali will be returning to the WWE scene after being out for more or less six months.

In an interview with Cageside seats, Khali explains that it was he who voluntarily taken the break. The reason for his respite was not because he was not getting any offers but due to his intent to put up an institute over in Jalandhar, Punjab.

The institute house over 30 young wrestlers who are handled by trainers from the USA. Khali invested and made sure that these up and coming wrestlers could one day represent their country and hopefully make their way into the WWE. Aside from the said 30 wrestlers, Khali added that there are also four females in training.

And now with the institute seemingly able to stand on its own, Khali says that he is ready to get back in the ring. But despite these claims, another report says that the Great Kahli is not returning to the WWE. This claim remains to be made official by the WWE.

Another WWE face on the sidelines is Lillian Garcia. The popular WWE announcer underwent surgery on her right knee to repair a torn meniscus which according to Lillian was a success.

While Lillian Garcia recuperates, NXT Diva JoJo is reportedly filling in while the WWE is on tour. Eden previously did the announcing before JoJo.
