The return of Triple H in the spotlight got the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) fans on edge. Talks of the pro-wrestler participating in two epic matches are already making its rounds on the internet. 

Cageside Seats stated in its rumor roundup that Triple H (also known as "The Game") would face Kurt Angle in a "Royal Rumble" match. Also, there are speculations that Triple H will face Braun Strowman in "Wrestlemania" as well.

It should be noted that the rumors were founded on the tension set up by the "Survivor Series." Of course, one of the show's primary goals is to establish rivalries, with prime talents and their nemesis carrying on storylines all throughout the year. It also helps push viewership of this month's pay-per-view.

The Bleacher Report affirmed the Triple H versus Angle match, saying that it was "logical." Their main reasoning is that there is a history between the two star wrestlers, and the match could be a way for WWE to play on their long-time power struggle.

In addition, the two were also involved in a love triangle with Stephanie McMahon. This could be another powerful story arc. With each having the right motivation, The Game facing off with Angle will seem to yield one dramatic match indeed, if not inevitable.

The match with Strowman is a bit different; fans cannot say that this match will be like The Game's usual fights. According to the report above, Triple H has a penchant for epic matches that end up being underwhelming and fails to live up to expectations. Meanwhile, Strowman is a brawler who is best known for his "wild and chaotic bouts."

This puts Strowman and The Game on the opposite ends of the wrestler spectrum. If The Game is to keep up, he would have to reach catch up with Strowman's energy.

Nevertheless, both matches are deemed to be interesting for WWE and would be worthy welcome-back events for Triple H.
