2K Games is already working on "WWE 2K16," which is the next video game in the popular wrestling simulation franchise. The studio has already concluded its support for "WWE 2K15" after releasing every single expansion pack for the game and deploying the final patch last March.

The game studio looks ahead into the video game series' future and it is actually already building another stellar roster for the upcoming installment. Confirmed wrestlers joining "WWE 2K16" are Sasha Banks, Rosa Mendes and Zack Ryder, who all broke the news via Twitter.

The list gets longer with the possible inclusion of Goldberg, which comes as a surprise to seasoned "WWE" fans. It was not too long ago when the wrestling superstar from Atlanta, Georgia revealed that he won't ever consider WWE when he returns to the ring once more.

However, the former World Heavyweight Champion might come back after all, at least virtually. During his appearance in ESPN Sports Nation, he revealed that he is waiting for a WWE game although he was careful not to let the cat out of the bag about his possible inclusion in it.

Goldberg will be an excellent addition to the pack of wrestlers in "WWE 2K16." The idea of ending a match with a spear or a jackhammer is exciting beyond words. Besides, gamers missed him in "WWE 2K15" (Goldberg was in "WWE 2K14").

Media outlets believe that Goldberg, who has a flawless winning streak in World Championship Wrestling, will fit right in in a perceived WWE vs. WCW Monday Night Wars, which 2K Games can craft as a 2K Showcase mode.

Unfortunately, Goldberg's addition to the mix is still uncorroborated. 2K Games has yet to serve up details about "WWE 2K16" but the game studio is already working on building the best wrestling simulation out of the upcoming title.
