WWE 2K16 release date, what to expect: Career mode and more matches?

WWE 2K16 may reportedly come out this Fall and a lot of fans and gamers are hoping that their concerns have been heard.

The WWE 2K15 edition left a lot to be desired. It will be recalled that developers had sought help from gamers through feedbacks and a wish list so that they may take such inputs in careful consideration for better gaming experience for all.

Among the earlier complaints included lack of matches, the inability to create female wrestlers (divas) and that celebrated issue tied up with the Season pass which only featured Paige and three 2K Showcase storylines. All these were mentioned in a previous post here on Christian Today.

Moving on, high expectations are of course focused on the graphical display that the game would have to offer. With the game available for the Playstation and Xbox game consoles, gamers playing either are curious on how their favorite WWE stars would look.

Among the issues which have reportedly been addressed include the weak commentary. WWE commentator Michael Cole mentioned that there will be more commentary lines in WWE 2K16 which will hopefully not be as repetitive as the previous version.

Will there be more things to do in WWE 2K16?

One of the concerns of most is the career mode and matches. In WWE 2K15, there was only the Wrestlemania Career mode and two showcase modes - 'Hustle, Loyalty, Disrespect' and 'Best Friends, Bitter Enemies'.

After that players would have to settle for the arcade mode or perhaps do everything all over again with most probably another wrestler. So will we see more showcases in career mode?

Has the 2K team included more matches in 2K16? The WWE has been known to have different kinds of matches to perk up fan interest and hopefully that can be carried on to the upcoming installment.

All these questions and more should be answered soon, probably (and hopefully) this Fall if this rumors holds up.
