WWE news 2015: Can Cesaro get a boost with Ric Flair?

Cesaro has been getting the push he needs ever since his tag team partner Tyson Kidd was taken out due to injury. That left the Canadian Superman all by his lonesome but the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) seems to be trying to give him a push as a face wrestler.

Sadly, things haven't panned out for Cesaro, although he is hanging around. But the reason behind his failure to land the big time may not necessarily be in the ring along, even though he has been tactless at times.

Like another budding star, Roman Reigns, Cesaro may need more work behind the microphone before he gets that big WWE break. And there is one man who is offering his services to do so – Ric Flair.

The Nature Boy is undoubtedly someone who could help. He has been champion many times and on most occasions he knows how to play the crowd. He has been a face and heel wrestler as well, racking up a pretty impressive resume that could certainly give Cesaro a big boost.

But will Cesaro indeed flourish with a mentor? If it does happen, this will not be the first time that Cesaro would be handled by one. He was handled before by Paul Heyman, the same man behind Brock Lesnar these days but apparently, the partnership didn't gain any ground.

So can Flair do better? Not too many are convinced he can, although we will never know until it happens. Heyman has been a promoter and known to work more on the sidelines rather than the ring compared to Flair who has done it inside and outside the wrestling ring.

Hence, the chances of Cesaro blossoming could slightly be better with Flair but with no guarantees. At this point where the WWE is in search for that special guy to jack up the ratings, trying out the partnership certainly wouldn't hurt.
