WWE 2015 news: Is the Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns showdown in jeopardy?

It is a fact that their fanbase is not necessarily happy with the way things turned out at the Royal Rumble and the same holds true for the upcoming Wrestlemania event pitting 2015 Royal Rumble winner Roman Reigns and reigning WWE heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar.

And to their credit, the WWE is trying its best to mend the broken trust by rebuilding on the showdown but it seems that there are more worries ahead for the WWE.

Contract issues tied up with Brock Lesnar have suddenly cropped up as of this writing. Apparently the the Beast has yet to re-sign with the WWE, signaling rumors that Lesnar could be parting with the WWE soon.

And with the fans not necessarily pleased seeing Reigns inherit the heavyweight title, the WWE finds itself in a bind right now as Vince McMahon and Triple H try to find a solution to this conflict that could lead to a possible change in the main card of the WWE's annual grand stage.

Hence, this could be the reason why a possible three-way match involving the former Shield members (Reigns, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose) went afloat before the Royal Rumble was held. But seeing that Reigns came out the winner as expected, the WWE now faces a serious problem which brings to mind the debacle they suffered when Lesnar and Bill Goldberg squared off back Wrestlemania 20.

Back then, Goldberg did defeat the Beast and win the title before eventually losing it to Triple H. Goldberg left the WWE and so did Lesnar.

WWE official are however convinced that Vince McMahon can convince Lesnar to stay on in the WWE. Sources say that Lesnar was getting offers, including the UFC.

With regards to changes in the main event of Wrestlemania, everything is up in the air for now. It would be best to see what happens at WWE Fast Lane which would more or less give fans an idea of how Wrestlemania will eventually pan out.
