WWE rumors, news 2016: Brock Lesnar expected to win over Randy Orton again

Brock Lesnar gets ready for battle.WWE.com

Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton will go at it again after their bloody bout at WWE SummerSlam on Sept. 24 during a house show in Chicago.

While this could be the chance for The Viper to avenge his bloodied defeat at the hands of The Beast Incarnate, it looks like he will suffer another huge loss.

According to Justin LaBar of Wrestlezone, Lesnar is now on a winning streak that won't see its end for a while. It began in Wrestlemania 30 when he himself cut short the same winning streak that The Undertaker had.

Lesnar has not lost to any superstar ever since, even beating up John Cena, also one of the most established stars in WWE.

When Lesnar beat Orton, the latter needed 10 staples in the head, which was cut open by Lesnar during the fight. As per LaBar, "more of the same is expected" at their rematch.

LaBar, however, believes that somebody will beat Lesnar and end his winning streak the same way he did The Undertaker. Whether or not it will be The Viper remains to be seen.

"Someone will beat Lesnar. You can make a case nobody should and nobody ever could legitimately. But it's entertainment, and somebody will, because otherwise it's a waste. It's a waste of all the status Lesnar has built up," LaBar wrote.

"Right now, I can only see two people under WWE contract who possibly could be positioned as credible threats to Lesnar in the next few years," he went on to say. Neither of them is Orton.

The first one is Braun Strowman, whose huge size and his expected rise as a main eventer will allow him to score a believable win against Lesnar. The other is NXT superstar and champion Shinsuke Nakamura.

The King of Strong Style's charisma and physicality will be enough for him to not only go toe to toe with The Beast, but beat him down as well. At the moment, Nakamura is not in the WWE main roster yet, but is expected to be soon.
