WWE Survivor Series 2015 rumors: Dean Ambrose now tipped to win WWE title?

Dean Ambrose is undoubtedly one of the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) favorite right now with his unorthodox and never-say-die approach when it comes to matches. Such has made him a crowd darling even if the Lunatic Fringe has been laying low.

But come WWE Survivor Series, Ambrose could be in a perfect position to come out on top but at the expense of his friend Roman Reigns. And the word around the WWE right now is that he is a 70–30 favorite to win the WWE title.

Shockers and storylines are, apparently, the reason why the WWE top honchos want Ambrose to end up with the title, which could be the perfect opportunity as well to see Reigns turn heel. Then again, Ambrose could turn heel himself if for some reason he aligns with the Authority. It may be recalled how Reigns shunned Triple H's offer.

In the way is, of course, Vince McMahon. The WWE chief still wants Reigns to be the new baby face star of the WWE and so such could become an issue. Reigns has long been tipped to be the top dog of the WWE, although the predictable outcomes have somehow done more harm than good for the WWE.

One only has to look back at WWE Royal Rumble and follow the sequences leading to Wrestlemania 31.

One factor that hit back then was Reigns' needed work behind the microphone. From all accounts, the Big Dog has paid his dues and now the perfect time has come.

But with the WWE ratings game in play, a diabolical twist could be of help to pave the way for more storylines heading forward. If Ambrose does become champion, imagine the rage that Reigns would belch out (in frustration) which, in turn, could push him into becoming heel.

There are plenty of scenarios and the Ambrose angle is something that just cropped up. Before getting into that, Reigns and Ambrose need to get past Alberto Del Rio and Kevin Owens first.

Once (and if) they do, it will be the choice of fans to depict who should be the champion between the two former Shield members.
