There are rumors swirling around that Triple H a.k.a. King of Kings might go up against Braun Strowman at the World Wrestling Entertainment's (WWE) "Wrestlemania 34" in New Orleans next year.

For a while it was speculated that the King of Kings a.k.a. The Cerebral Assassin would take on Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle. However, it seems like the storyline may be going in a different direction based on some recent developments. At the recent Survivor Series, Triple H made his onscreen return when he led Team RAW to an impressive victory over Smackdown LIVE which was not without any drama or controversy. Triple H evidently took out his own teammate Angle with a Pedigree which allowed Smackdown's last man standing Shane McMahon to get rid of the Olympic medalist. Team RAW's Strowman stood at the sidelines in shock as he witnessed Triple H's betrayal.

McMahon was ecstatic over the elimination of Angle and it looked like Triple H may have aligned himself with Team Smackdown. However, the Cerebral Assassin quickly turned on McMahon and took him out with another devastating Pedigree to eventually deliver the win for the red brand at Survivor Series. Strowman a.k.a. Monster among Men was not too thrilled about the Assassin's antics and betrayal that he took him out with two successive Running Powerslams.

It seems now that Triple H may likely be challenging Strowman at the Showcase of Immortals at Wrestlemania 34. The two continue to intensify their confrontation every time they meet and interact in the ring. In the meantime, it appears that Angle will be facing Triple H in the Royal Rumble on January 28 instead.

Nevertheless, it remains to be seen who will actually go up against whom at "WrestleMania 34" on Sunday, April 8, 2018. Stay tuned for more reports as the situation unfolds.
