Good news for Xbox players as new game titles free to download have already been planned for release this month.

Free this month for Xbox One users start off with "Hand of Fate." Players should come up with their own deck of cards to play the adventures within the game. Normally priced at $19.99, this game is being offered free from Feb. 1 to 29 for Gold members.

"Styx: Master of Shadows" will also be available free but not until Feb. 16. Normally priced at $29.99, the promo will run until Mar. 15.

For Xbox 360 users, games offered free of charge this month are "Sacred Citadel" and "Gears of War 2." "Sacred Citadel" usually sells for $9.99, but is being offered for free from Feb. 1 to 15; while "Gears of War 2," normally selling for $19.99, will be free of charge starting Feb. 16 until Feb. 29.

The Games with Gold program grants free game titles to Xbox users who are part of the Gold-level memberships of Xbox Live each month. This free offer runs for a limited time each month. However, once a user adds the game titles into their library, such will remain there permanently.

The thing about Games with Gold is that once a user missed downloading the games from the previous months, he can't have that free chance again. But with the feature of Xbox Live community, the Community Calendar, soon to go live, players will get fresh updates and be informed about new events. Free stuff is one of the highlights of the Community Calendar.

"You're a part of the Xbox community, and we love having you here, so have some free stuff. Here you'll find Free Movie Weekends, Games with Gold and Free to Play games," Xbox announced on its page. This should mean that it will be hard to miss out on Games with Gold.

The Community Calendar is already live in select markets but will also be available in more markets "in the coming weeks and months."
