Microsoft finally announced the lineup of free videos games coming to the Xbox Games With Gold catalog for the month of February. Xbox Live Gold subscribers are in for another month of heart-stopping action as the list is headlined by first-person shooter video games, "Shadow Warrior" and "Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India." The Games With Gold program for February also has a nice treat for the fans of race car video games.

As reported by Express UK, the Xbox Games With Gold February 2018 free games lineup is a combination of stealth assassins and racing cars. This month's list is led by "Shadow Warrior" and "Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India," which are both playable in the Xbox One console. The former title is a reboot of the 90's popular first-person shooter (FPS) game, produced by Flying Wild Hog in 2013. "Shadow Warrior" will be available in the Xbox Games With Gold catalog for the entire month of February.

Meanwhile, the other action triller game in the Xbox Games With Gold February 2018 lineup, "Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India," is a downloadable digital game that served as a spin-off to the original "Assassin's Creed" franchise. The video game, starring Arbaaz Mir, was first released in January 2016. "Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India" will be available starting on the second half of February until March 15.

Microsoft has surprise in store for the Xbox 360 users as well, starting with the race car video game title "Split/Second." The game, developed by Rock Studios, is based on a reality TV show of the same name. "Split/Second" will be available on the Games With Gold catalog for the first half of February.

The other Xbox 360 title, "Crazy Taxi," is a treat for the race car fans produced by Sega Dreamcast. It will be available for free from Feb. 16 to 28, Polygon reported. These Xbox 360 titles will also be playable in Xbox One via Backwards Compatibility program.
