It was previously reported that the list of games rumored to be offered for Xbox Games with Gold this coming July may include "Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition" and "The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth." However, according to a new leak from Gear Nuke, it is speculated that the list of offered games may be quite different. 

According to the report, NeoGAF user ekim has stated that the Xbox Games with Gold list for July will include "The Banner Saga 2" for the Xbox One and "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas 2" for the Xbox 360. The report also confirms that while ekim is not directly associated with Microsoft or Xbox he is reportedly accurate with his leaks. 

If this proves true then "The Banner Saga 2" will be available for download likely starting July 1 to the end of month while "Rainbow Six: Vegas 2" is only available for half of the month as Xbox tends to switch the Xbox 360 games ever 15 days. This is when the previously rumored "Resident Evil 5" and "The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth" might be offered.

"The Banner Saga 2" is a direct sequel to "The Banner Saga," a tactical RPG that focuses on strategic, turn-based combat and is set in a fantasy world heavily inspired by Norse mythology and Viking culture. "Rainbow Six: Vegas 2" is the long-awaited sequel to one of the most highly acclaimed tactical FPS games in the market.

However, Vine Report does point out that the information may not be as accurate as desired given that "The Banner Saga 2" has yet to be released for consoles. However, it may be one of the first few games to fully support Xbox Play Anywhere, the new system that allows players to continue their games from the Xbox One to the PC and vice versa.

"Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition" has also been rumored and it may be an attempt to further advertise the franchise as Capcom has just released "Umbrella Corps" and is now promoting the upcoming launch of "Resident Evil 7."
