The Xbox One has not exactly been heavily populated by the presence of Japanese role-playing games (JRPGs), but that will be changing, if just a bit.

Two JRPGs have just been officially announced as coming exclusively to the console to help diversify its game collection even just a little.

Both of the titles are coming from Japanese publisher Experience Inc. 

Experience Inc. CEO Hajime Chikami announced the news via Ustream event, according to IGN. 

The first of the two games will be "Stranger of Sword City." If the name of the game sounds familiar to some, that's likely because it has already been launched for personal computer (PC), PS Vita, and also Xbox 360. The upcoming release will not be the exact same game as before, however, as there have reportedly been some changes made to its character design and it is even said to contain new content.

"Stranger of Sword City" is expected to come out for Xbox One sometime around January to March of next year.

The second game coming to Xbox One is still under development and is expected to be named "Students of the Round 2." Fewer details are known about this particular title, although it is expected to be a tactical RPG. 

Curious players will have to wait a little longer for "Students of the Round 2," as it is expected to be released between April 2016 and March 2017.

Both games will be released digitally all over the world, and they will be fully translated to English as well to help players.

News of the two JRPGs coming out for Xbox One is being seen as Microsoft's attempt to turn around the console's dismal performance particularly in Japan, according to Gaming Bolt.

Two games may ultimately not be enough to change the Japanese public's mind about Xbox One, but they could be a solid starting point.
