It looks like the Xiaomi Mi 4 is coming to the United States. Apparently, the China-based company still has a lot up its sleeves involving the flagship, which is said to meet its successor, the long demanded Xiaomi Mi 5, on Nov. 24.

Released August last year, the Xiaomi smartphone curiously paid a recent visit to FCC in the U.S. Having passed the certification agency, the handset is expected to be offered in the region, thus making the device the first out of the company to be sold in the said market.

Xiaomi is yet to comment on the matter but there are already talks that the Xiaomi Mi 4 will see no alterations when it gets to the U.S. That being said, it should still sport a 5-inch full HD display, house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and offer 3GB RAM with 16GB and 64GB for storage options.

It looks like the device's 13-MP rear-facing shooter and 8-MP front-facing camera are still intact but reports are at variance about the operating system to be integrated in it. GSM Arena expects that a newer version of Android will be on board (the device came with Android KitKat).

Phone Arena, on the other hand, has word that the Xiaomi Mi 4 will have Windows 10 running. The speculation was fuelled after a photo of the device with the Microsoft-developed OS was posted on Weibo by an alleged employee from the Redmond-based tech giant.

The photo was captioned (via Phone Arena) with "Thanksgiving Day is around the corner, so is the public release of Windows 10 for Mi 4." An exhaustive set of beta tests was apparently conducted for this feat.

If the Xiaomi Mi 4 is indeed on its way to the U.S., media outlets expect it to get there on Nov. 24. This is the same day the Xiaomi Mi 5, the Redmi Note 2Pro and the Mi Pad 2 are expected to be launched.
