The latest Xiaomi flagship, the Xiaomi Mi 5, has now been listed online, and a tip has been given on the launch date for the handset, which is set on Feb. 20.

The listing came from a third-party distributor, Gear Best, where the price ranges for variants of the Xiaomi Mi 5 were also revealed, with the price going from $625.82 to $728.28. There are two variants in terms of size, a 16 GB variant selling for $625.82 and a 64 GB variant selling for $728.28. Each size variant will come in three color options with the versions being in white, gold or black.

In other related news, a leak on chinese social media site Weibo containing an image of a Foxconn factory, which is said to be where the Mi 5 is being manufactured. According the the post, the handset will reach consumers on either the 20th or the 21st of February.

The Xiaomi Mi 5 is expected to launch sporting a 5.2-inch full QHD display with 2560 x 1440 pixels in resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for protection. It is said that the handset will be powered by a MSM8996 Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Quad Core 1.8 GHz chipset paired with 4 GB of RAM. On the software side, the smartphone will be launching with Xiaomi's MIUI V7, the company's version of the Android 5.1 Lollipop firmware.

It's also rumored that the handset will carry a 3,000 mAh battery and provisions for 4G connection.

The handset's back facing camera will have 16 megapixels, whereas the front-facing shooter will have 8 megapixels. Other features for the Mi 5 include a fingerprint sensor, light sensor, G-sensor, near field communication capabilities and a dual SIM slot.

The posting on Gear Best also indicates a provision for shipping to the United States as the price can be indicated in dollars, and the U.S. is included in the shipping address options. Gear Best is one of the biggest online electronics retailers and is based in China.
