Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi is at it again, constantly bombarding the market with devices that could very well propel its brand to the top in quicker fashion than most people expect. Although the company still hasn't officially entered the North American consumer market, the consistent influx of premium smartphones, specifically in the Asian market, is rapidly making some noise all over the world. Now the newest offering comes in the form of the Xiaomi Mi MIX.

By simply looking at the photo teasers, the smartphone looks to be the most stunning option for anyone who has a budget of less than $600. According to reports, the recently released handset is sold for a measly $516 price tag, which means that it is even more affordable than midrange smartphones being offered by major brands. Although there are a lot of already decent choices at that price, the moment a would-be buyer figures out what's inside of the Mi MIX will make him or her feel that the price cannot be true.

The Xiaomi Mi MIX comes equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset, dual-SIM support, 4 GB of random access memory (RAM), and 128 GB of storage. But that's not all; the phone is also projected to have a 4,400 mAh battery and a fingerprint sensor. With all those specifications in mind, one can't help but think, why in the world is it priced so low?

Well, although the price is mouth-watering, the main concern for buyers in the United States and other parts of the world should be the news that the Mi MIX will only be sold in China; at least once it is launched. It means the only way for U.S. consumers to get it is to have it imported, though it likely won't be supporting any LTE bands in this country.

Anyway, regardless of its availability, it is still one of those few handsets that anyone would want to get their hands on if given the chance.
