This week is a very special one for "The Young and The Restless." Chuck Pratt Jr. has taken over the mighty pen and his episodes will start being shown this week, which will undoubtedly prove to be an exciting one in Genoa City. So, here are the spoilers: 

Monday, Jan. 26 

Nick and Sharon's legal battle continues to heat up. According to spoilers, Sharon takes it up a notch by putting Faith on the stand, which Nick doesn't like one bit. 

Also, this Monday, it will be seen that Dylan decides not to kill Joe Clark. He lets him go, but with a very stern warning that he will kill him next time if he "doesn't back off," reports Celebrity Dirty Laudry. 

Tuesday, Jan. 27 

Victor Newman has an enemy who is bent on taking him down. Jill is getting all her weapons to take down Victor for Chancellor. 

Today, finally, Neil starts to doubt the fidelity of Hilary. He has a feeling that his wife is cheating on him and demands her to confess. Will she tell him the truth? Or will she tell him another lie or perhaps, a half-truth? 

Wednesday, Jan. 28 

Nick Newman discovers something about Sage and Gabriel, and he is very surprised. Apparently, someone tells him that Sage and Gabriel were seen kissing and Nick wonders why they aren't telling him this. Would Chelsea feel bad if he knew about this? What's going to happen with Gabriel's plan to let Sage seduce Nick now? 

Thursday, Jan. 29 

On Thursday, Nikki Nerman is headed for trouble, a very big one this time. According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Nikki gets into a car while totally intoxicated with alcohol and he runs over someone. Who will be the victim? Victor. 

Friday, Jan 30 

The end of this week marks the end of Stitch and Victoria's relationship. It is confirmed that actress Amelia Heine is leaving the show. As for her character, Victoria will go to Washington instead.
