In the next episode of "Z Nation" season 4, Roberta Warren (Kellita Smith), Murphy (Keith Allan) and the rest of the team head for Washington D.C. to look for the U.S. president.

The sneak peeks for the upcoming installment titled "Mt. Weather" were released recently and they show Warren and the team treading their way carefully through the forest. They are headed for Mt. Weather where the U.S. president is supposedly stationed because of the zombie outbreak.

"This is it, Mt. Weather. If Kai is right, the president is still here," Warren says to the squad.

Apparently, this is the place where top leaders go in order to maintain continuity of government. They stumble upon a zombie trapped underneath a fallen gate but Sgt. Lilley (Gracie Gillam) is quick to shoot its head.

They notice a convoy of abandoned government vehicles just outside the entrance of the facility. Warren realizes that the leaders were probably able to get into the bunker but had to make haste.

Doc (Russell Hodgkinson) and 10K (Nat Zang) inspect the trucks to see if there are any threats. Later, the team manages to enter the facility and is met by two Secret Service agents with their guns pointed at them. It remains to be seen if Warren and the team will be able to get help from the U.S. president.

In the last episode, Warren and the team were able to get an important message from Citizen Z (DJ Qualls), who said that Zona was going to unleash a virus that would eliminate all the remaining survivors. Moreover, he expressed that the U.S. president's fingerprints were needed in order to reverse the launch codes.

"Z Nation" season 4 episode 12 will hit the airwaves on Friday, Dec. 15 at 9 p.m. EST on the Syfy channel.
