After recruiting Lincoln (Luke Mitchell) and Joey (Juan Pablo Raba) to her team of Secret Warriors, Daisy (Chloe Bennet) is setting her eyes on a female speedster in the second half of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 3.

According to Points of Geek, Yo Yo Rodriguez aka Slingshot (Natalia Cordova-Buckley) and her superhuman speed will soon be seen in the hit ABC series. Tagged as the female version of The Flash, Slingshot possesses almost the same powers as the iconic superhero, except for one aspect. She must always return to the place where she took off. In the Marvel comics, Yo Yo hails from Puerto Rico. She is the daughter of the super criminal, John Horton, better known as the Griffin. Her father's altered DNA gifted her with the power to move at the speed of light.

Before season 3A ended, Daisy was busy enlisting the Inhumans who would make up the Secret Warriors. Although she got sidetracked when Ward (Brett Dalton) and the Hydra attacked S.H.I.E.L.D., fans can expect that she will soon return to recruiting and completing the members of her group. Slingshot will be one of the Inhumans she will successfully enlist in the early part of season 3B. According to the report, Cordova-Buckley already started filming in January, which means her character will soon be seen in the series.

Meanwhile, Entertainment Weekly offers a sneak peek on what to expect for the upcoming midseason premiere in March. Titled "Bouncing Back," the episode will be focusing on Coulson (Clark Gregg) issuing an all-out war against the Hydra. He is determined to get his hands on Gideon (Powers Boothe) and end the chaos once and for all. As he plans for Hydra's demise, the S.H.I.E.L.D. leader will also deal with the fallout of his decision to execute Ward back in Maveth.

"Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 3 will return on March 8 at 9 p.m. EST on ABC.
