"Among the Sleep" may be about toddlers, but the horror game is certainly not for them. An Enhanced Edition of the toddler horror game has also been released.

"Among the Sleep: Enhanced Edition," is now available for the PC starting Thursday, Nov. 2. Xbox One and PlayStation 4 users will have to wait a bit more, as it will be released later on in the year for the consoles. Included in the game's Enhanced Edition are improvements to the game's visuals, as well as its performance on PC hardware.

In addition to technical improvements for the game, a new behind-the-scenes content was also added, alongside some story extras. Accompanying the new content for players are gameplay tweaks and balance changes in order to provide less abusable gameplay mechanics. Players who bought the original version of the game back in 2014 need not worry as the Enhanced Edition will also be introduced as a free update to the base game.

The video trailer for the Enhanced Edition also shows other bonuses such as digital artworks and conceptual drawings of the game during development, as well as the digital soundtrack. One of the best parts of the update is that it also adds new pajamas to the player toddler character, and players will be able to see this even in first-person view by looking down at their in-game clothes.

"Among the Sleep" is a horror-adventure game in the perspective of a two-year-old. Players will be able to control the toddler after being awoken in the middle of the night by a strange force. As the toddler, the players will have to explore the eerie house and discover its ominous mysteries, as well as the horrors abound, while at the same time, also looking for comfort as a toddler.

The game has been critically praised and was also likewise received by audiences with an overall Steam review rating of 86 percent positive based on 3,027 reviews.

"Among the Sleep: Enhanced Edition" is available now for the PC through Steam.
