Last month, EA Dice released the 15th "Battlefield" installment, "Battlefield 1," and so far, gamers have been enjoying the newest first-person period piece game and all its different features. To celebrate, EA Dice has been doing different Battlefest events to rile up the "Battlefield" gaming community and it looks like the most recent Battlefest is offering up a slew of activities, missions, in-game activations, giveaways and events for gamers.
Last Wednesday, EA Dice announced on the official "Battlefield" website that it was hosting another Battlefest for "Battlefield" gamers. While most of the event is pretty much over, gamers still have a few more days to join the festivities.
On Wednesday this week, November 23, "Battlefield" players can get a veteran dog tag for "Battlefield 1" as a reward for playing "Battlefield 4," "Battlefield Hardline" or "Battlefield 3." Meanwhile, players who have taken part in the testing done in the "Battlefield 4" or "Battlefield Hardline" Community Test Environment can also get a CTE Veteran Dog Tag as a reward as well.
Later on November 25, EA will celebrate #FridayNightBattlefield Battlefest where gamers get a lot of heavy "Battlefield 1" action on a Friday night as EA Dice developers join the fray. Meanwhile, gamers who have played "Battlefield Hardline," and "Battlefield 4" can get double XP when they play on November 25 for a 2XP event.
Meanwhile, in other "Battlefield 1" news, despite its positive market reception after its release, Dark Side of Gaming reports that the game's latest update has caused a downgrade on the visuals of the game through what seems to be a bug in the game's newest patch.
Gamers have been complaining about the downgrade, showcasing comparison shots to highlight "Battlefield 1" before the patch was sent in and then "Battlefield 1" after the patch was installed.
Thankfully, it seems like the forum moderator of "Battlefield 1" has taken notice of the change and EA Dice will now address the graphics downgrade.
