Fresh from its release last month, the PlayStation 4-exclusive action role playing game "Bloodborne" is fast becoming one of the top selling games to date because of its positive reviews. Because of its increasing popularity, players are now looking to find several tips and tricks for an even better "Bloodborne" gaming experience.

Early this month, GameSpot shared several pointers to increase the fun and excitement when playing the critically acclaimed game developed by From Software. Some of the tips mentioned in the article include:

Attacking while climbing a ladder – this easy-to-master trick can be obtained by pressing R1 to punch an enemy while climbing up the stairs, or pressing R2 to kick the enemy while climbing down.

Attacking while going through a Trick Weapon transformation – players can press L1 to attack an enemy while transforming the chosen weapon into a different mode simultaneously. This trick can be particularly helpful if the distance between the player and the enemy changes.

Restoring lost health level from blood bullets – by pressing the D-pad, players can come up with several extra bullets from their own blood by sacrificing a portion of their health. However, lost health can still be restored after they immediately attack any enemy nearby right after the blood bullets have been created.

Adding gestures to the notes – players can opt to press down R1 twice to find more options when utilizing the game's Notebook to write down a note. Some of the options include writing a second set of words or adding a gesture where other players can see the surroundings in spectral form when reading the note.

Breaking out of grab attacks – players should rapidly press L2 and R2 to break out from a grab attack for players who encounter enemies at the Forbidden Woods.

Regaining health from dying enemies – players can restore a percentage of their health by immediately attacking an enemy.
