The Cleveland Cavaliers bounced back last Friday defeating the Charlotte Hornets on the road 95–90. Now, they will aim to win back-to-back this Saturday when they host the struggling Brooklyn Nets at the Quicken Loans Arena.

Before Cleveland returned to the win column with Friday victory over Charlotte, they were edged by the Toronto Raptors last Wednesday (103–99).

Four-time Most Valuable Player (MVP) forward LeBron James and former All-Star big man Kevin Love led the way for the Cavaliers in their triumph against the Hornets with their double-double performances.

James recorded 25 points, 13 rebounds, and five assists in 38 minutes of action. Meanwhile, Love tallied 18 points, 16 rebounds, and one assist.

Veteran forward Richard Jefferson contributed 13 points off the bench and guard J.R. Smith added 11 points in the win.

The Cavs are still leading the Eastern Conference with a 12–4 record, and are a game and a half away from the Indiana Pacers (10–5) and the Miami Heat (10–5) who are on the second and third spot, respectively.

If the Cavaliers are experiencing success this season, the Nets are having a hard time and will head to Saturday's game coming off a 110–99 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder last Wednesday.

In the defeat to Oklahoma City, franchise center Brook Lopez led the way with 26 points, eight rebounds, two assists, two steals, and two blocks.

Forward Thaddeus Young helped Lopez with 18 points, eight rebounds, three assists, and three steals.

Offseason addition center Andrea Bargnani had 13 points and guard Rondae Hollis-Jefferson finished the night with a double-double 11 points and 11 rebounds in a losing effort.

Wednesday's setback versus the Thunder gave Brooklyn a 3–12 record to sit on the second to the last spot in the East, just above the winless Philadelphia 76ers (0–17).

The game between the Cavaliers and Nets will take place today, Nov. 28, at 7:30 p.m. EST. To watch via live stream, click here.
