Casey Anthony pregnant? Rumors swirl on Twitter amid George Zimmerman verdict

Casey Anthony pregnancy rumors churned on Twitter on the same weekend that George Zimmerman was cleared of Trayvon Martin's murder.

A tweet went viral on Twitter, soon after Zimmerman's verdict of not guilty was read out on Saturday evening.

The tweet read: "Zimmerman is free, Cory Monteith is dead, Kyle Massey has cancer, Casey Anthony is pregnant. On a scale of 1-10 how done are you with this day?"

The verdict reminded the public of Casey Anthony, who was also sensationally acquitted in July 2011of murdering her two-year-old daughter.

Anthony has been in hiding in Florida since her acquittal and has only made brief appearances in court for other charges not related to the murder case.

This is not the first time Casey Anthony was rumored to be pregnant.

In March this year, rumors swirled that she was pregnant "by a wealthy man."

The Daily Mail quoted: "She just said that she fell in love with a very wealthy man while she's been in hiding. Casey said he's taking care of her financially and he's so obsessed with her that he'll do anything for her."

George Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch captain in Sanford, Florida, shot and killed Trayvon Martin on Feb. 26, 2013. He claimed to have shot Martin in self-defense. He was charged with second-degree murder and was acquitted by an all-female jury on July 13.

Zimmerman is currently in hiding as protesters continue to rally 'Justice for Trayvon' across major cities in U.S. for the third day.
